MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Processing of retail and internal invoicing.
• Invoice and claim query resolution
• Warranty ledgers.
• MOT planning/scheduling and invoicing.
• Raising job cards for the workshop.
• Raising electronic order numbers for 3rd party suppliers.
• Processing DAF warranty.
• Contacting customers for order numbers.
• Processing Invoices on the Imscan system.
• Filing and other general administrative duties as required.
• Must have a positive attitude and a flexible approach to work.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Competent IT skills are required and the relevant training will be given.
