MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To work as part of a team and deliver first class customer service.
• To deal with customers in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
• To undertake general administrative duties to ensure the smooth flow of work within the Customer Service Reception.
• To provide customers with repair estimates and price quotations as well as offering repair suggestions.
• To work closely with the workshop supervisors and chargehands.
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Competency in the use of IT systems would be a distinct advantage.
• A flexible approach to work commitments will be required in order to meet the demands of the job.
