You will:

• Work on some of the most modern, sophisticated trucks on the road, equipped with the latest systems and advanced DAF technology
• Diagnose and rectify complex mechanical and electrical systems
• Investigate a variety of cutting edge electrical systems
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to DAF’s high standards

You will: 

• Be a key role within the dealership, interacting with all areas of the business including sales, service, parts and customers
• Deal directly with customers, and provide administrative and customer relations
• Be key to creating a second-to-none customer experience
• Develop knowledge of the full range of DAF products and services
• Provide expert advice and support to both customers and your workshop colleagues
• Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships
• Be a brand ambassador for DAF

• Be a brand ambassador for DAF, maintaining strong customer and business relationships providing seamless customer experience.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire DAF supply chain, including the impact and dependency of each function as we strive for efficiencies to deliver the best value for our business and our customers.
• Gain an understanding of the purpose and function of vehicle parts and specialist tools with an expert knowledge of the full range of our DAF products and TRP (all makes) products required for both our customers and the workshop.
