Deal with the ordering, invoicing and taxation of vehicles.
Liaise with customers, sub-contractors, sales team and factory representatives to resolve any queries that arise and to manage customer accounts of varying sizes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key contacts.
Deal with incoming calls from new and existing customers and respond to queries appropriately.
Maintain vehicle files in line with company and legal requirements.
Work in conjunction with various internal departments to provide excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will:
Have a flexible approach to work commitments in order to meet the demands of the job.
Must be IT literate.
Must be helpful and courteous
Must have excellent communication skills
